Broadus Brown Jr. is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BrownJr Enterprises LLC, a consulting firm focused on bridging the gap between financial challenges, operational inefficiencies, and long-term opportunity.

A former Division I student-athlete at Howard University and East Tennessee State University, Broadus earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and went on to complete a Master of Business Administration in Project Management, with honors, from Seton Hill University. His academic background, combined with hands-on experience in consulting, project management, and business operations, informs a disciplined, results-driven approach to client engagements.

Broadus founded BrownJr Enterprises with a clear mission: to help individuals and organizations navigate complex financial, operational, and growth decisions with clarity, structure, and confidence. Having firsthand experience with the challenges of building credit, accessing capital, and developing sustainable business systems, he brings both strategic insight and practical execution to every engagement.
